The Advanced Driver Improvement Course is a 12 hour course approved by the Florida DHSMV. If you receive a letter from the DHSMV it is because of a serious driving infraction or your driving license has been suspended.
If your driver’s license has been suspended or revoked the State of Florida requires you to take this course to have your drivers license privilege restored.
he Aggressive Driving Course is an eight (8) hour course and maybe required by the traffic court. If this course is not completed in the time required by the court, your drivers license will be suspended. Aggressive driving is a serious driving offense that includes reckless driving by endangering life and/or property. Failure to take or complete will result in the suspension of your driver’s license by the court.
The Basic Driver Improvement Course is designed to remove points from your driving record and help save an increase in your insurance rated for tickets received in the State of Florida. At the end of the course is a 40 questions test. If you fail the test, don’t worry. You can retake the test until passed at no further cost.
The First Time Drivers Course is for anyone that has never had a drivers license regardless of age. If a drivers license has been expired for more than five (5) years this course may be required to obtain a new Florida’s Driver’s License
